To remove fleas from a newborn puppy you will first need to fill a sink with enough warm water to soak the puppy thoroughly. Rub Dawn dish soap over the entire puppy, lathering completely. Makes sure you do not get the soap in the eyes or mouth of the puppy. Rinse thoroughly. Use tweezers to remove any existing fleas.

Since 3 weeks old is too young to use a commercial flea shampoo product you can use a salt dip twice a week and sprinkle them once a day with salt. Using water warm enough not to chill the puppies add salt until it doesn't want to dissolve instantly. Cover their mouth and nose and give them a quick dip. I personally use a rag wet with the salt solution to carefully treat the area around the face, under the neck and by their bottoms (under their tail) in addition to the dip. I also do the same to the mother so as to reduce the number of fleas she may bring back in with her. While this method does not totally rid the puppies of fleas it will greatly reduce them if you are dilligent with this treatment. This works by the flea ingesting the salt, it then dehydrates them and they die.
Fleas are small, wingless parasites that infest dogs of all ages, including newborn puppies. While oral and topical flea medications help rid your dog of these pests, many are unsafe for use in puppies under 4 weeks old. A flea infestation in a young puppy can cause anemia, a potentially fatal condition due to the extreme loss of blood in the tiny animal. This makes getting rid of the fleas something that must be done immediately. Natural essential oils and manual removal can safely rid your puppy of these external parasites, leaving him flea-free and healthy.
Take it to the vet for a flea medication and further help on ridding it of the ones that are currently on it.

There is by Frontline a Puppy formula I think, check it out on there website as I had a 8wk old puppy and this stuff is the only stuff which does it good. But be sure to read the information first and correct dose.
a 3 week old puppy is too young to leave it's mother, it hasn't been weaned yet. when you are shopping for a puppy make sure that there are no visible sores, look for fleas; check the gums make sure they are nice and pint (if they are too white, the pup may be anemic).
a puppy age is week old
flea infestation can cause a puppy to develop anemia and die if left untreated
. Get your puppy to the vet.
A two week old puppy is blind but when its eyes open it can see.
Yes.
The puppy can get sick.
If your puppy has fleas then you have a problem that spreads further than the fleas you can see on your puppy. Fleas suck blood form you puppy then jump off into the beading (and your house) that your puppy uses to lay eggs. These eggs hatch into little grubs that live of the debris (skin flakes etc.) in the bedding then when they get big they pupate in crevices in the floor etc before hatching out again as fleas. This means that to get rid of your flea problem you have to get rid of all the stages of the flea. The best defense is to throw out the dogs bedding (and get new), and vacuum the area/house to get up as many of the pupa as possible. You can then turn to the fleas on the dog. The puppy is very young to use chemicals (unless you get them from the vet) so try catching all the fleas with a flea comb twice a day. Stick the fleas you catch into soapy water. After a time of regular vacuuming, shaking the new doc bedding outside each day and catching the fleas on your puppy, the infestation should go away. However if your dog socializes with other dogs he will get more fleas so keep a good eye out for them.
dawn dish washing soap//leave it on a few minutes and put it on dry pup. It will kill the fleas as good as any chemical. ONLY use dawn blue kind,,,and you can dilute it if its concentrated
