You can purchase them by clicking the icon with three pearls on the top of the website. If you are not interested in purchasing them you can always try to earn them. You can become "Y-mail helper of the month" by putting the most hours in at the help center. Every week if you have the most saves on "Wilson city rescue" game then you earn 100 pearls. Also be on the looks for parties/contest where the reward is pearls.
