How do you get a hitmontop in Pokemon X or y?

ya need to go to 4 island and be sure to have a hitmonlee or a hitmonchan in your party. ya also need a ditto too. then go to the daycare put your hitmonlee or hitmonchan and your ditto in the daycare. then ya need ta wait a little wile. and when the old man steps out a little talk ta him make sure ya say yes. now walk around and it takes a little while but when it hatches into a tyroge you need ta get it's attack and defence the same before it evolves into a hitmonlee or a hitmonchan. if ya get it's attack and defence the same when it is ready to evolve it will evolve into a hitmontop! this will work in any other Pokemon game. ---->he envolves in level 20 <----
Breed a hitmonchan or hitmonlee to get a tyrogue then train tyrogue to level 19 the next level tyrogue will evolve but before that you need to give it protein and iron to make sure it's attack stat and defense stat are the exact same when it levels up again if there still the same tyrogue will evolve to hitmontop.
First you need to breed either Himonlee or Hitmonchan in the four island daycare with a Ditto. Second hatch the egg to receive Tyrogue now level it up to 20 if its attack and defense stat are the same when its level 20 it will evolve to Hitmontop use Protein and Iron to help you out.

in silver to get one go to mount mortar in there youll find a trainer beat him and hell give you tyrouge who evolves into hitmonlee, hitmonchan and hitmontop based on how you train him

You will need to breed either Hitmonchan or Hitmonlee to receive Tyrouge.

After receiving Tyrouge train it to level 19 then Super Train its Attack and Defense to 255.

Finally level it up to 20 and it will evolve to Hitmontop.

In order to get Hitmontop, you'll either have to evolve a Tyrogue starting at level 20 (its Attack and Defense stats must be equal) or trade one with someone.

If you have enough Friend Codes registered on your Nintendo 3DS, you may find a Tyrogue in the Friend Safari located in Kiloude City. Each friend has a Pokémon type associated with him/her so you just need to visit a Fighting-type safari but please keep in mind that each safari can only have two to three unchangeable Pokémon.
