Personally, I prefer a strong solution of 2 cups of white vinegar added to a bucket of hot water. It's best to have someone help you with this.. In this way he/she can scrub the parts of your body which you can't reach. Pre Treating stubborn areas with a bit of dish washing soap will made the overall job much easier.
