Ice Spear is one of Mabinogi's Advanced Magic. You have to collect all five of the Explorer's Pages. First you go to the Magic Teacher in Dunbarton, talk to him about skills with a ice wand equipped. He'll ask you if you want to learn Ice Spear, click yes and you'll get the collection book. Then you have to collect all the Explorer's pages as I said before. There's five pages in all, then I believe you report back to the teacher in Dunbarton, and he'll direct you to find the Ice Spear pages, there is five pages also.
The pages drop from certain monsters. The page I'm stuck on is Explorer's Page 3. It could be found in Exploration, though very rarely. Most people get it from a glowing monster, which is when you drop a glowing statue in Maiz/Karu Dungeon. The drop rate is very low. The page itself is about a Mil. Good luck getting Ice Spear!
