∙ 10y agoyou can get it open by using cut on the door then it opens. to travel in it you go up, left, right, and down then you are at the bottom. if you have trouble getting the Sapphire for celio it is at the bottom then you should see the Sapphire then a guy steals it and gives you last password for rocket base.

Go in the cave then fall down the first hole then your in a room with four holes fall down the holes in this sequence: Up, Left, Right, Down.

∙ 12y agoAt first someone will be blockind the cave so you can't go in, to make him leave you must go to four island and go inside icefall cave and in there find the HM Waterfall and when you do teach a Pokemon the move then go up the waterfall in the cave go to the ladder and you should find lorelei. Take on the rocket grunt then talk to lorelei then go to six island and return to dotted hole you should notice the guy is gone so now you need to open the door use the move Cut to do just that and go inside and fall down the hole you should now be in a room with 4 holes fall down each in this order: UP, LEFT, RIGHT, DOWN. When you go down the last hole you should be in a room with the sapphire take it and the guy that was blocking the entrance to dotted hole should appear and take the sapphire follow him to five island he is in the rocket warehouse check the door to open it. Inside the warehouse there are arrow panels that move you around use them to reach the upper right corner of the warehouse to find the guy who took the sapphire you will need to battle him to take it back.
