How do you get infinite ammunition on Grand Theft Auto San Andreas?

You have to have the action replay for DS. It has infinite ammo, speed hack, infinite money, speed hack in car, you can buy every weapon and items, infinite health, automatic healing, and moonjump.

Beat the whole game in normal mode then go to skills settings and buy them with your skill points. Each gun has their own infinite ammo skill which costs from 70,000 points to 90,000 depending on the type of gun and you have to equip them in order to activate and use them.
