First beat the elite four and then go to weather institute. Talk with the guy who give you Castform. He will tell you what route you can find Groudon. If you catch Groudon, go to weather institute again. Talk with the guy again and He will tell you what route you can find Kyogre!!=The exact place where you can find Groudon is in the Mauville(in the right side).=

∙ 13y agoTake the cable car on Route 112, and you'll exit at Mt Chimney. Walk down and you'll find the entrance to Jagged Pass. Move down through Jagged Pass until you reach the exit, and Lavaridge Town will be on your left.
