ok u have to go all the way up the deku tree and fly to the ledge with an arrow made of grass with ur leaf. then u have to bring a pear out and take control of a seagull. fly around until you see a crystal switch above you on the main deku island. this will make a hatch open on a smaller island off shore. then change the wind direction and use ur leaf to fly to this island. make sure you look down at ur shadow to sucessfully down onto it. there should be a switch on this island to drop all ladder to allow easy access in the future. hop into the hatch and you will be at the art gallery.
