This also removes product buildup well. Condition afterwards. If that doesn't cut it... Ask your stylist for a demineralizing treatment. If she/he isn't familiar, tell them that Matrix makes one called Alternate Action and ISO also makes one. They're simple, the directions are on the packette, and they won't damage the hair or strip color/perms. These are only available to professionals so they'll have to do it for you. It take less than 30 minutes and your hair will feel like NEW.
