How do you get kyogere in Pokemon HeartGold?

when you beat red go back to mr Pokemon and he will give you the blue orb. now take that to cianwood city. now enter the cave towards the safari zone(for this part you will need a Pokemon that knows surf waterfall and rock climb) when you get to the first cave enter it and take the ladder down. exit the cave and surf to the west. when you pass the second bridge keep going west past the semi-circle of rocks.when you get to the sand go up the cliff using rock climb then enter the cave. then walk straight ahead and kyogre should be there

You get the blue orb from Mr. Pokemon and Kyogre is in Embedded tower inside cliff cave.

Requirements: National dex, beaten red, and then got a kanto starter from Prof. Oak.
