Beat the elite four, champions, frontiers but you don't have to beat the events, don't worry, once you've done this you should have three badges in your profile. You can then go to any map and search for a half an hour at least....because for every step there is only 1/100 chances of finding a legendary.

∙ 13y agoYou have to beat all the Gyms, Elite Four, Champions, and Battle Frontier. Then you can find legendaries. Still, they are rare, so good luck!
