Bascially, keep it really healthy.

By..

- Not brushing it too much (less chances of hair fall out)

- Use less heat (embrace your natural wavy/curly hair)

There're good products out there that helps enhance these curls or whatnot.

- If you use heat (even though you shouldnt) use heat protectant/

- Dont wash your hair every single day. Maybe every other day. If you can't do this, use dry shampoo the next day. Works like a dream

- Use warmish-hot water to wash your hair

- Don't tie your hair when you sleep. Or tie it very loosely, if you have to

- Trim your hair regularly.

- Don't dye your hair a lot.

- Use hair masks once a week.

- Eating the right foods. eg. Salmon, oily fish, cereal, nuts, eggs, vegtables.

- Having a healthy diet.

- Exercise

- Don't stress, it causes hair loss. Do whatever you need to do to reduce stress

- Get your beauty sleep

I think that's pretty much everything.
