Simple, you just walk in and get it. I am not being sarcastic or smart. All methadone clinics should have emergency procedures that allow patients to get their dosing from local ER's. You will need wither proof of attending a clinic and dosing or your clinic will call the ER and verify your info. Same goes with if you are getting methadone from a private doctor, only it is much more important to have documentation if your are attending a private doctor.
