How do you get mugshots?

By "get" if you mean "look at" or "see," - - - as a 'normal' citizen, you cannot 'get' mugshots. They are part of criminal records available only to law enforcement personnel...... Not always true:

You can look at mugshots by going to your county sheriffs' website.For example:Polk county Sheriff (Florida),look under heading of "jail" and you can type in anyones name to see if they have ever been to jail ,regardless of conviction or not. I can look up co-workers,teachers,etc.Try it!
