Put the top flat bit under each armpit then hold the handles half way down with your hands and each time you would use your bad leg put the weight on the crutches instead and swing the good leg through.

but crutches are used only for important reasons!
to get on them..you have to break something that you need to walk!.. but you better not do that on porpose.. PLEASE USE COMMON SENSE PEOPLE!
i use to want crutches but my friend got dem and i saw how bad it was you should really thiink before you hurt yourself it could lead to serious damage....SO DO NOT HURT YOURSELF
