you would probably need some kind of non-polar solvent. try rubbing in alot of olive oil and towel off as much as you can and repeat until clean.

if this doesn't work try some more liquidy oils like mineral oil

failing that try 100% rubbing alcohol (fumes are probably a bit irritanting though) but make sure that you don't use anything harmful to the skin
