Go on the Pokegear Radio, and move the little dot to the very top line until you see the words "Poke Flute" somewhere.

∙ 13y agoThe poke flute is a hidden radio channel in the pokegear. Go to the top star and it should be a poke flute. Once you have this playing go up to snorlax click on him and he shall battle you. Be aware that he is at level fifty and is very strong. Therefore I would advise that you save before battling.

∙ 12y agoTo get the pokeflute in Pokemon heartgold, simply go to the radio tower in lavender town and there should be a man in in the back siting down, talk to him, and he wil give it to you.
then all you have to do is go to snorlax, set your radio thingy to the top and talk to snorlax!

∙ 14y agoI dont think you get an actual flute, per-say... When you go to Johto and fix the genorator in the power plant, a guy in the radio tower (located in Lavender town) upgrades your pokegear. Tune into the upper section of the radar, and you will find a station called 'Poke Flute'. It wakes up wild pokemon. *Such as snorlax in front of Diglett cave*
