∙ 9y agoYou must complete the mission ''cop land'' to obtain the clothes. Then, get to the vice city police headquarters (the only police station that you can enter). Walk in the police station without any weapons. Once you have entered the police station,
turn left to the locker room and walk past the clothes icon to change to police clothes. Police clothes lets you enter the inner parts of the police station and the army fort without getting attacked.
