You will also need the 'blue feather' which becomes available when any of the boys you're trying to marry hits their Orange heart level. If you have met both of these conditions and it still isn't working, then you must not have brought the harvest goddess back yet. In order to return the Harvest Goddess you must bring back 60 other sprites (this includes the casino sprites, TV channel sprites, etc.)
You will also need to get a big bed, which becomes available on the TV shopping channel after the second house upgrade.and u can buy the blue feather at the supermarket

1. You did ALL of the heart events.
2. You own a big bed
3. She has a RED heart
4. You have found 60 sprites
5. and you own a blue feather
