you have to have sex and the male sperm attachs the the ovaries and that's how u become prenant.

I honestly find this answer offensive. It's a real question for women that suffer with the sometimes very painful condition of endometriosis. Maybe the question could be elaborated a bit. I want to know how safe it is to become pregnant with endometriosis as I was informed that it is not a safe environment for the fetus as well as can cause other post partum medical conditions for the mother.

It's possible. Not entirely unlikely. Infertility is associated with endometriosis, though. It would probably depend on how much damage the endometriosis has caused within your reproductive organs. But yes, you can still get pregnant although it may take more attempts for you. You can also still carry a baby to term and have a successful delivery with a healthy baby.

Many causes can lead women to get endometriosis . The cause of endometriosis is unknown. One theory is that the endometrial tissue is deposited in unusual locations by the backing up of menstrual flow into the Fallopian tubes and the pelvic and abdominal cavity during menstruation (termed retrograde menstruation). The cause of retrograde menstruation is not clearly understood. But retrograde menstruation cannot be the sole cause of endometriosis. Many women have retrograde menstruation in varying degrees, yet not all of them develop endometriosis.

Another possibility is that areas lining the pelvic organs possess primitive cells that are able to grow into other forms of tissue, such as endometrial cells. This process is termed coelomic metaplasia.

It is also likely that direct transfer of endometrial tissues during surgery may be responsible for the endometriosis implants sometimes seen in surgical scars (for example, episiotomy or Cesarean section scars). Transfer of endometrial cells via the bloodstream or lymphatic system is the most likely explanation for the rare cases of endometriosis that develop in the brain and other organs distant from the pelvis.

Finally, some studies have shown alternations in the immune response in women with endometriosis, which may affect the body's natural ability to recognize and destroy any misdirected growth of endometrial tissue. When a woman gets this disease , she can use the fuyan pill to cure it .Fuyan Pill, it is the very medicine which I have developed and been patented successfully. For its strong bactericidal power, it can make a perfect curative effect for treating endometriosis. In the medicinal formula of Fuyan Pill, it contains several drugs that help clearing away heat and toxic material, promoting blood circulation, dissolving stasis, strengthening spleen and enhancing urination, so that it could kill germs thoroughly, diminish inflammation and alleviate pain effectively which eventually reach the objective of regulating menses and stopping abnormal bleeding. Any woman can try to get the treatment as early as they can .

Could you have endometriosis if you already have a child?

Yes. Having a child does not protect you from endometriosis. While having endometriosis often makes becoming pregnant difficult for women, becoming pregnant will also reduce the symptoms of endometriosis. So, being diagnosed with endometriosis after having a child makes it rather difficult for your doctor to determine whether you had endometriosis prior to the pregnancy or if it became an issue post-pregnancy - especially if you were positively diagnosed with endometriosis shortly after giving birth.

Umbilical hernia endometriosis?

Endometrial tissue lines the uterus. Each month, in tune with the menstrual cycle, the endometrial tissue thickens and is shed during menstruation. If you have endometriosis, it means that the same kind of tissue that lines your uterus is also growing in other parts of your body, usually in the abdomen. This can cause scar tissue to build up around your organs. Endometriosis may cause severe pain and abnormal bleeding, usually around the time of your period. Pain during intercourse is another common symptom. However, it is possible to have endometriosis and not have any symptoms. Endometriosis is a leading cause of infertility(inability to get pregnant). Often it is not diagnosed until a woman has trouble getting pregnant.

Endometriosis does not necessarily have an odor, or at least not one that you would be able to detect, since endometriosis is inside of you. If you are experiencing vaginal odor, it is most likely not endometriosis, and you should visit your OB GYN with your concerns.
