== == You need to go to the drugstore and get some sunburn lotion (NOT SUNTAN LOTION) preferably something with Aloe in it and a topical anasthetic to dull the pain more or less on contact. Ask the pharmacist what they carry; they probably have 2 or 3 types, but you need one with the anasthetic like Lidocaine or Benzocaine. Because the burn has dried out the skin, keep slathering it on to get the moisture back in. ANd drink water a lot too. To prevent the sunbun from getting worse DO NOT take warm baths or showers, DO NOT go into the sun and DO NOT scratch the skin or agrivate it, this might relieve the itchiness at that exact time, but it will only worsen the case! boil some hot tea and put it in the freezer for 15 minutes and apply the tea to the affected area and then your sunburn should feel better.

Use a cream. A good one is Allo.

The best thing is real Aloe vera. Cut off a leaf split the leaf open and rube some of the gel stuff on the sunburn - it's the best thing you can get for any kind of burn.

Some great commercial products are out there to soothe sunburns, but a natural product that works extremely well is the aloe vera plant gel that oozes out of the leaves of the plant after it is cut.
