The best way would be to tell him if he still follows you constantly and flirts with you against your will tell him if he doesn't leave you alone you'll call the police. If he leaves you alone after you gave him a warning you don't have to call the police. If he still harasses you despite your warning to call the cops if he doesn't stop you have no choice to call the police and put a restraining order on him. Otherwise he'll still be after you and he might end up hurting you or killing you.

∙ 9y agoBe more firm. If it's the third or fourth time you have to tell him you have no choice but get angry and raise your voice. Tell him if he doesn't stop harassing you you'll call the police and get a restraining order on him. That should definitely work; he will not want you to call the police and put a peace bond on him. And if it doesn't work call the police and get a restraining order. The police will arrest him and he'll go to court. The judge will tell him he has to be 100 or 200 yards away from you and if he breaks the peace bond he'll be arrested again and will go to jail.

Obviously he's obssessed with you but he has no right to force you to be his girlfriend. Whatever reason you don't want to date him is your own business. Try to stay away from him. Run away from him if you have to. But it sounds like you might have to get a restraining order. If you don't call the police and get a restraining order he'll still be harassing you.
