If you are willing to I would put any type of mouse trap in it. Try the ones that have a door that will most likely close when the mice go it in for the food. HOPEFULLY that will help, and the mice will go away once you let them go!
P.S.- What kind of mice are they and how did they got there? About how many are there, that would help!!! =]

∙ 14y agoOpen all of the doors and let the mouse leave on its own. It's going to want to leave unless there is a food and water source in the car. Most likely it will leave on its own as soon as the car is opened up.
If the car has been sitting and isn't being used, they may have made a nest. In this case, it may be more difficult to get them out. Open the car up and clean it, making sure to remove any nesting material, food or water.
