Well, you have to be reeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaal lucky, the chances are 0.0000001 of finding it. besides, you can only get shiny uxie if you find it shiny in the lake cavern at lake acuity, of course, only in battle. If you want shiny real bad, then I guess before you battle him you could save it, every time you enter battle, and he's not shiny, you turn off and try again until its shiny. again, it's a 99.999998'/. he's not shiny. and that's an estimate, but it just proves he is almost never ever ever seen by human eyes, and that includes game desiners, so good luck!

∙ 12y agoVictini's colour is normal. Just with tiny sparkles. Looks a bit like Pikachu, Fire Type, male or female, pointy orange ears..... Everything is normal. If you want to know how to catch Victini, here's how. Click in the Pokemon Black or White game card into the game card slot. Turn the power on. Make sure it's charged so it doesn't turn off. ( WARNING: You can only capture it once you've unlocked Mystery Gift! ) Select Pokemon Black or White box. You can watch the clip if you like. Then select Mystery Gift. ( WARNING: You can only do this if you've accepted Terms and Agreement thing! ) Then, start the game. Walk into a Pokemon Center. There should be a police man standing near the door. If there isn't, try a different Pokemon Center. Talk to him. He'll give you a pass to go to the Secret Garden. Fly to Castalia City and talk to all the guys near boats. One will say: Would you like to go to the Secret Garden? Say yes. Victini will be there. It will appear to show up until its caught. You've got the mythical pokemon, Victini! Hope this helped! :o)
