At night you want to sneak some thing to amuse you wait until midnight when your parents are asleep then go into the bathroom and get a cup of water squirt some hand soap in the water then drink all the water and don't drink anything else for another 2 hours then put on lots of layers and blankets then go under your covers until you get realy hot do that all night and do not sleep in the morning take a extremely hot shower to get lots of mist in the room but do not dry your hair then you step outdide with your wet head and wait there for 10 minutes you will definetly get sick

Or (best to start the day before you want to get sick), walk around the house, while doing normal things, and keep thinking "sick, I'm sick, very sick". Its called "self-hypnosis". If you keep forcing your brain to think that you are sick, you will actually become sick the next day or even the first day. Try it out for 5 mins - you will actually feel a headache, dizziness and feel tired. hope this helps.
