You can get the spare tire off a 94 Chevy Silverado truck by reached under the rear bumper and turning the release knob. It will slowly lower the tire down until it can safely be removed from the mount.
There isnt a spare tire on a ssr. If you want one you need a spare off of a envoy or trailblazer.
It's a piece of sh it and won't come off

The Chevy truck models included - Silverado, Hybrid Silverado, Silverado SS, Silverado with Z71 Off Road Package, and the Heavy Duty Silverado..
Spare tire is located under the rear of the vehicle. Pop the rear hatch and there is a small hole even with the bumper in the center. Off to the right is your jack and all other accessoried. Using the tools, there is a long "wrench" that you can use to lower the spare tire. By turning the wrenching device counter clockwise, you'll see the tire lower down.
should just look in the bed of the truck, and there is a rubber bung about a foot in on the right hand side, just pop that bung, and then you can get to the "bolt" that holds the spare tire, put your socket or tire wrench on it, and spin it around till the spare tire drops down enough to get it, kind of like on an old chevy or ford pickup, or even a datsun or toyota
if there is a key lock by the hitch , put the key in it turn to the right and pull it out you then will be able to lower the tire by putting the jack handle through the hole and turning
Check the spare tire sensor.
no,it wont.they are different sizes.just order it off of the internet.
the only thing i know is that you have to take the passenger rear tire off and loosen the lugs on the the front driver.
I have a 1996 Chevy Silverado that I want to turn the driving lights off. How do I do that? Thank you
Have you checked the spare tire yet? I hear that if the spare is too low the light will stay on.
