Once that code is in, put this code in and start your game (with the DMA Disable on) and go to Vermillion Port to get to the islands.

Once the tickets(both of em) are cleared with the sailor at Vermillion Port, turn off your Action Replay, and talk to the sailor again (to make sure you can go with the AR off). Turn the Action Replay off, save, and turn the gameboy back on with the AR out of the gameboy.

To catch JIRACHI you have to use the Pokemon colloseum disk. To catch DEOXYS you have to go to a Pokemon Nintendo promo event and get the aurura ticket downloaded on your game.
