It is in your hideout on tiber island. When you walk into the room with all your weapons it is on the second stand. There are two sides with small weapons, in one of the displays ( i think it was the one on the other side of the stand, seen from the entrance that is) on the left is the brutus knife. To repair your Brotherhood armor, you need T51-B Armor, or an additional set of Brotherhood armor. So you probably used your T51-B Armor to repair it, depleting it.
