Okay first you need to make at least one dog grow up by petting it.Then you need to go out the front door to the park and go to the park and see if the dog there is wearing a swim suit. If he/she is not then repeat the bold cycle again. Okay, now you have to make the other dog grow up by petting again. Once you have done that just let the dogs play with each other. Eventually the dog in the swim suit will have a present! Take it and you will get a swim suit like his! Then you can leave. When you exit to the map you will see that the beach is unlocked!
