First you have to unlock then right gate at the port then when you can get through beat the mermaid level in On stranger tides that will unlock the mermaid then you need money get at least 50 000 cuz I dont remember how much she was then go through the right gate and jump in the water and swim around until you see a mermaid then click on her and buy her. sometimes she will come up on land you can buy her then too.
