How do i use the trap in club penguin?

Depends what trap you mean! (if you're talking about the war game, I'm talking about the popular kid's MMORPG game.) If you're talking about a 'pookie trap', that's pretty easy. Say you get a pookie from the pet shop, and you don't want it to run away? OK, easy. First you need a box portal. Put it in front of the door and cover it with stuff so you can't see it. When the baby tries to waddle away they will be transported to the Box Dimension!*

Or, if you mean the Jackhammer, simply put on the Hard Hat or the Miner's Helmet (which you can get for free in the hidden lake cave by clicking on the miner's helmet) and nothing else (but you can put on the Worker's Vest or the Black Puffle pet.) Then dance!

* Some pookies may suspect a trap even if the portal is covered. It may not work if you put it in the wrong position. I recommend you test it yourself to see if it works.

to get the monster you have to get the book to unlock it but i don't know witch book it is so try and look into that!!!!
