Then, once you get to the underground cavern with water, get to the over side but instead of jumping out the water keep on swimming to you right under the blocks (earth). you will move into another underground cavern. you'll know what to do from there...
remember, swim along, but dont jump back up onto land.. just keep on swimming

(The game isn't impossible, of course. You will never need 1000 coins to move on.)

I don't know if you can or not but I've herd that in the n64 version in the courtyard the big star says "L is real 2401" so if you have super Mario 64 for the n64 version go in the boo courtyard and see if it says "L is real 2401" and then go on your Nintendo DS and try and get 2401 coins in every course but i don't believe it because you cant even get 200 coins in a course. Just try your best to get waliugi if you can.
