Beat the elite four then beat all the Kanto gym leaders get your Kanto starter from Professor Oak go to Mr.Pokemon and he will give you it. Then go to enbeddon tower [thats not how you spell it though.] on route 47 keep on going then you'll see a pokemon, Groudon.
