You can unlock him in both Mario Kart DS and Mario Kart Wii. To unlock him in both games: DS: Get gold trophies in all 50cc Retro Cups. Wii: Get a gold trophy on 100cc Leaf Cup.
To unlock Daisy, beat all of 50cc Nitro Cups. To unlock Dry Bones, beat all of 50cc Retro Cups. To unlock Waluigi, beat all of 100cc Retro Cups. To unlock R.O.B., beat all of 150cc Mirror Nitro Cups.
