In ratchet and clank tools of destruction u have to collect all of the holoplans and bring them to the smuggler.

∙ 14y agoIf you mean Tools of Destruction, then you have to collect all the holo-plan pieces and then talk to the Smuggler on planet Sargasso, and he will give you the RYNO IV.
