There is no teleport plasmid in any of the Bioshock games. In the Fontaine Futuristics level in Bioshock 2, there is an unstable teleport plasmid sitting on a desk. If you interact with it, it will teleport somewhere in the room. Keep following it and it will lead you to the vending expert 2 gene tonic.

For example, there is the everlasting flame, telekonisis and much, much more.
Personally, I think you should just buy the game to find out more.
