∙ 14y agoIt's easy. When you get the strengthbracelets, you go to Lake Hyle. You will find a house. By it, there is a bush. use your pegasus boots, and run into the bush. A tree stump portel will be under it. Go into the portel, and turn as small as a minish. Then, go through the watery passegeway. You'll have to use the gust jar. then, you are in mayor Hagon's cabin. The book will be on top of the bookshelf. You push the other piece of furniture over. There will be a ladder. Climb up, and push the book down. Then, become big again, go inside the cabin, get the book, go to the libary, and retrive the book!
