∙ 12y agoGo to the town floating in water. surf to the right. somewhere, theres an island. go in there.make sure you have the fast bike.go in the house in the island, and bike through it to the top, and that's sky pillar! i think...

∙ 11y agoYou have to talk to Wallace in the Cave of Origin first. He'll ask you where Rayquaza is located, and, obviously, you'll tell him it's at Sky Pillar. He'll say some things before taking off, to which now you are able to get into Sky Pillar.
