After getting your second badge in Azalea Town, head west. Silver will battle you just before you leave.
After you beat him, enter Ilex Forest, and talk to the boy who lost his Farfetch'd. Go up behind and catch both of them, then his boss will give you HM01 Cut. Teach it to one of your pokémon, then cut the tree down next to where the boy was.
Head north out of the forest, then keep going north until you reach Goldenrod City. You will pass the day care centre on the way.

∙ 12y agoFirst you go to the radio tower (the building with the giant satellite on top) talk to the girl on the far right counter she'll give you some questions. get them right and you'll get a radio card and the girl will talk to you then go back to the gym.Now you can challenge the gym.When you beat her she will start to cry.try to walk out and the lass girl will talk then go back and Whitney will give you a badge and the TM attract.The go next door to the flower shop talk to the lady she'll give a squirt bottle then go to route 36 and use the squirtbottle on the tree its a sudowoodo capture it this is the only chance you get for one.

∙ 12y agothis is what you do.1. you beat the gym leader then you talk to this guy but i don't know who ask the guys i think its in a building.then they ask you if you know about team rocket. Then he will disguise you as a grunt. then talk to the grunt in front of the gym.so then talk to him and do stuff he says then he'll find out who you are he'll fight you beat him and then they will disappear. HOPE THIS HELPS :-)

∙ 11y agoIf you are playing for the first time, you first enter Goldenrod City from Azalea Town. Go left through the Ilex Forest, then go north, and you will find Goldenrod. You can also, later, enter Goldenrod from Ecruteak City, by going south through the National Park, or Violet City by going left through the National Park. Once you get to Kanto, you can use the Magnet Train in Saffron City to get to Goldenrod. Alternatively, you can fly to Goldenrod.
