get a mempership card and sleep in the motel at canalave city. when you wake up go to the ferry and then to new moon island. darkrai will be there in a cave. No theres another way, if you have a action replay, go to iron island get on your bike and ride all the right, then just walk around everywhere(you can only do this if you can walk through walls or anywhere else).

∙ 9y agoUse the E-Reader to scan in an Eon Ticket. Eon Tickets, however, were a promotional item and aren't distributed anymore. You might be able to find them on ebay, though. Once you're at Southern Island, you can get the Lati@s you didn't catch normally. Or you can just trade the other one over from Ruby/Sapphire.
You need the eon ticket.
