Warp to the Goron Mines and go up to the huge burning rock. Talk to Midna, and she'll warp you and the rock to Zora's Domain. The rock will melt all the ice.

∙ 14y agoWarp to Death Mountain and go to the giant boulder that crashed down. Midna will let you warp it. Warp it to Zoras Domain and the ice will melt.
