There is a Lifetime reward for modifying the traits originally selected.
The easiest way to do it is to bring up the cheat back, CTRL+SHIFT+C and type in "testingCheatsEnabled True" and click on your Sim while holding down "Shift" it will let you change their traits and favorite music.

∙ 13y agoYou must socialize with the sim who you want to know about ALOT. You can also become observant and spot their traits quicker. You will discover a trait if you talk about/do an action with the person relating to their trait.

∙ 12y agoif you want to change them in the game, hold down Ctrl, Shift and C, then put in 'testingcheatsenabled true' then hold shift and click your sim, and it should come up with 'Modify Traits' :)
