ok before the staff officially posted it you can teleport there without items needed but now that they did you need the following
-hydra scale
-strand of Vath's hair
-Escherion's chain
-aracara's fang
-odokuro skull's tooth (the head in the war map not the chaos beast itself)
-bone dust from Battleundera (type /join battleundera-<#> to enter)
these are only temp. items so be careful not to cause the game to slow down in any way
upon entering from CITADEL and CITADEL ONLY you MUST fight 50 dark macai's and this cannot be done alone.
