to do this you need surf and waterfall. Then you go back to New Bark and use surf once one land go in the fish. Also your Pokemon need to be over 40 because the cave Pokemon are 29-36, make sure you train though the E4 is hard.

Champion Lance (Pain in the @$#) Dragon (dragon), Electric (Aerodactyl, Gyrados, Charizard), Ice (Dragon) Especially Garchomp.
You look at their pokemon everytime u loose u see wat type they are and see what moves are super effective once u know that ull win

∙ 12y agoyou first need all 8 gym badges, then you go past Viridian City to Route 23 to Victory Road. it's pretty brutal, so stock up on items. get past victory road, and you're at the Pokemon league.
