Go to Viridian city and go left. GET ALL THE BADGES. Keep on going left and you will see a gate. GO THROUGH. There you will see 8 (or 9) guards and they will check if you have the badges and go up. Go up until you see a cave. The cave is Victory Road. Then you just have to find yourself through. Im just saying that its really easy going through Victory road if you have at least 5-10 Max Repels.
