Well to reset the time/date, sound and get Crazy Redd you have to do this...
Go to continue and before you go into your character click the phone, here you can reset the settings listed above.

Press "Reset clock." There will be the same bubble like before, and it will say, "Oh, you'd like us to adjust the clock?" The bubble will then disappear and will be replaced with a Time Log. Put the time in the morning that you want. EXAMPLE: Tuesday December 21st 201010:48 AM. Press CONFIRM. Press your sleeping character and go explore your town!
