The sparkplugs (on the HEMIs) are buried pretty deep inside the engine. To access them, open the hood and remove the engine cover by lifting it straight up off of the engine. If you look at either side of the top of the engine, you will see 4 small black boxes that are screwed into the engine. Unscrew this boxes (the coil packs for each cylinder, so be careful with them), gently pull up - some resistance is ok - and once they are free of the engine you will be able to access the spark plugs through the hole you just created.
Reassembly is easy, just do everything you just did - but in reverse order.
