haha, although you should beat 1 and 2, dungeon 3 is located to the left of the start. Go up, left.............. and when you go past the river, go down next chance, then right.

you need to flood the middle room so the waterwheels will move out of the way by going up the towers on either side of the dungeon by going up the ramp and pulling the handle, then ride the water to the bottom and pull the second one at the bottom where the water is pooling to let it out of the room
Technically, these dungeons don't all have to be done in order, and I actually did this dungeon first. The third dungeon is right near the potion shop. Starting from the beginning, head up one, then left 4 (just past the potion shop and into the first brown plain), then head one down and one right.
