In Legend of Zelda Majora's Mask how do you get from ground floor to the top where the entrance to Stone Tower is?

Play the Elegy of Emptiness as the different forms of Link on the switches to move the platforms around, and use the Hookshot to get from level to level. At the top, play the Elegy of Emptiness to move the platforms around into a straight line to get into the Stone Tower Temple. Be sure to hit the owl statue with your sword so that you can go back to Stone Tower with the Song of Soaring if necessary.
